Please note that Truss Professional will not accept returns or produce refunds for items that have been kept for longer than 10 days after they have been received. Items purchased from storetruss.com must be returned to storetruss.com. They cannot be returned to a TRUSS PROFESSIONAL Consultant Salon or Distributor.
On the packing slip that accompanied your order, circle each item you wish to return.
Enclose the packing slip with item(s) circled, along with the product(s) you are returning, in their original packaging.
We recommend that you send your return via UPS or insured Parcel Post for your protection and to ensure prompt delivery.
Refunds on shipping are credited only when an item is incorrectly shipped or arrives defective or damaged.
If items are received damaged, defective, or there are any items missing from your order you must immediately claim these damages or missing items within 5 days of receiving your order. If damaged, defective, or missing items are not claimed within the given time period, Truss Professional will not be responsible for refunding or replacing these items.

If you buy TRUSS PROFESSIONAL products from unauthorized retailers or other unauthorized sources, we regret that we cannot offer you our money-back guarantee or otherwise assist you with any problems that you may encounter.
If you are unsatisfied with a product, you may exchange or return it within 10 days from when you receive your order with your original receipt. Shipping and handling are not included in refunds.
