At TRUSS PROFESSIONAL, we appreciate your business and stand behind the quality of our products. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you have 10 Days from the time it was received to return it by following the steps below. Please note that TRUSS PROFESSIONAL will not accept returns or produce refunds for items that have been kept for longer than 10 days after they have been received. Items purchased from storetruss.com must be returned to storetruss.com. They cannot be returned to a TRUSS PROFESSIONAL Consultant Salon or Distributor.
How to return a product:
If items are received damaged, defective, or there is any item missing from your order, you must immediately claim these damages or missing items within 5 days of receiving your order. If damaged, defective, or missing items are not claimed within the given period, TRUSS PROFESSIONAL will not be responsible for refunding or replacing these items.
We cannot process any refund or exchange if the products were bought in any website other than www.storetruss.com.
If you are unsatisfied with a product, you may exchange or return it within 10 days from when you receive your order with your original receipt. Shipping and handling are not included in refunds.
Returns for purchases made in a TRUSS PROFESSIONAL Consultant Salon may not be returned to storetruss.com
